Privacy Policy

• Account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), optional phone and profile photo; or your Google name/email/photo if you sign in with Google.
• Orders: delivery address, phone, items, amounts, coupon used, your UPI transaction reference (UTR) and order history.
• Reviews & messages: what you write, photos you upload (we strip location metadata from images), and contact-form messages.
• Lists: your email if you join the Private List or ask to be notified about a design.
• Technical: basic server logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention. Your bag and wishlist are kept in your browser’s local storage.

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including verifying shipping-fee payments.
• To run your account, wishlist and saved addresses.
• To send service emails (verification, order updates, password resets).
• To send launch news — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records).

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, under appropriate safeguards:

You can access and correct your data in My Account, change marketing preferences in Settings & privacy, and delete your account there at any time. Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, sensitive tokens are stored only as hashes and expire, and access to admin tools is role-restricted. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

We use only essential cookies and local storage today — to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember your bag, wishlist and cookie choice. We don’t use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. You can review the full list and set preferences on our Cookie Preferences page.
