• You must be at least 18, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other customers.
• Keep your account password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Designs shown as “Placeholder”, “Price to be announced” or “Photography coming soon” are previews of upcoming products and can’t be ordered yet.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we’ll contact you before processing the order and you may cancel at no cost.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we verify your ₹69 shipping-fee payment and mark it “Confirmed”. We may decline an order (for example, suspected fraud or unavailable stock); if we do, we refund any shipping fee you paid in full.

Stock is reserved when you place your order.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery for the product amount, with a flat ₹69 shipping fee paid upfront by UPI to harshvardhan999@fam. You confirm the UPI payment by entering its transaction reference (UTR). Online card/UPI payment for the full order is not yet available.

Submitting a UTR for a payment you haven’t made, or one belonging to someone else, is not permitted and the order will be cancelled.

You may request cancellation before dispatch from My Orders or by contacting us. The ₹69 shipping fee is refunded only if your order is cancelled before it’s dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, the ₹69 is non-refundable. If you cancel before dispatch, we refund the ₹69 to you by UPI. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights: if we cancel your order, it isn’t delivered, or an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, you’re refunded as the law and our Exchange & Return Policy require.

See our Exchange & Return Policy. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded at 70% of the product amount; defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items are replaced or refunded in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product. We don’t pay for reviews, offer incentives for positive ones, or edit their meaning.
• Reviews are moderated before publishing and may be rejected if they’re abusive, off-topic, contain personal data, or are not genuine. Negative reviews are not removed for being negative.
• “Verified purchase” appears only when the reviewer bought that product from us.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your review and photos on our website.

The VANTÉOR name, logo, designs, photography and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

We’re responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: any further limitation wording, per lawyer]

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [OWNER TO CONFIRM: city] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission. Please contact our Grievance Officer first — we’ll try to resolve any issue quickly.
